Two years have passed since the participation of Gianni de Benedittis in Artistar Jewels and the artist confesses that he has beautiful memories tied to the event. It was the fourth edition, in the prestigious setting of Palazzo dei Giureconsulti: a very accurate presentation, with excellent guests such as Gillo Dorfles, Gian Carlo Montebello and Philip Sajet. The selected designers were 150 and came from over 30 countries. It was the first time that Gianni experienced an event of this kind, and it was very exciting for him. On that occasion he noticed that the competition was a “comparison of creative styles” that, in spite of homologation, succeeded to express different cultural identities. His greatest satisfaction was to see his Fan Ring printed on the invitation of the exhibition, as well as on the totem at the entrance and, finally, on the cover of the Artistar Jewels 2017 volume. From that moment his artistic path saw multiple evolutions: Gianni won Who is on Next ?, the VOGUE Italia prize for jewelry; a recognition of great value that has led him to important collaborations, both in the fashion world, for example with Guillermo Mariotto of the Maison Gattinoni, and in cinema and theatre, with the director Ferzan Ozpetek. From this last experience a new desire was born: to conceive a jewel for people of the show business. Many pieces have been hosted in important exhibitions so far, both in Italy and abroad; as well as the artist himself Gianni De Benedittis, guested on numerous television broadcasts. His sales network has grown considerably, including more and more private customers from all over the world, with very exclusive yet stimulating requests.
